What we do during our visits:
- test controller and make seasonal adjustment
- activate and verify operation of all zones
- examine each zone for any broken or malfunctioning sprinkler heads or pipes
- adjust and fine tune all sprinklers
- check for broken or clogged sprinkler heads and nozzles
- determine if any heads need raising or straightening
- clean filters for drip irrigation
- test rain sensor
- examine backflow device
- submit inspection report to client with any needed repairs or recommended improvements
note: all repairs must be authorized by client prior to the commencement of the work
